Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MeetZair website, software, and services (the "Service") provided by MeetZair, Inc. ("MeetZair", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
MeetZair provides an AI executive assistant platform that helps life insurance agency owners and licensed agents automate recruiting follow-up, agent onboarding, training delivery, and daily leadership workflows. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
The Service is offered on monthly subscription plans (currently MeetZair Operator and MeetZair Director). Current plans and prices are displayed on our pricing page. Every subscription includes Guided Self Setup at no additional cost. All subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, Inc., and automatically renew monthly at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@meetzair.com. Plan prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
3a. White-Glove Setup (optional one-time service)
White-Glove Setup is an optional, one-time professional implementation service (starting at $2,000) purchased in addition to your monthly subscription. It covers configuring and connecting your MeetZair workspace using the systems we have already built; it is not a custom software development project. The base fee is a single, non-recurring charge billed with your first invoice. Any additional work beyond the base package, including special integrations or data migration, will be scoped and approved by you in writing before any further charge. The White-Glove Setup fee is separate from, and does not change, your recurring subscription.
3b. Usage-based services and wallet
Some features rely on usage-based communications services, including phone numbers, calls, text messages (SMS), and AI usage. These are billed separately from your subscription, at MeetZair's then-current rates, against a prepaid balance in your account wallet. You fund your wallet by adding a payment method and enabling auto-recharge, and you authorize MeetZair to charge that method to keep your wallet funded as you use these services. Rates include a service margin over the underlying carrier and provider costs. Some account types receive an initial promotional wallet credit; any such credit is provided at our discretion and carries the same terms as purchased credit. Applicable regulatory, carrier, and messaging-registration fees (including 10DLC and A2P fees) are charged through the wallet. Wallet credit is prepaid, has no cash value, is non-refundable and non-transferable, and may be used only for MeetZair platform usage. Unused balances are not redeemable for cash and are forfeited on account termination, except where a refund is required by law.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or interfere with the operation of the Service. You agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and all other applicable communications laws when sending messages through the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. SMS and email
You opt in to MeetZair SMS and email separately. Full SMS terms, including opt-in, opt-out, message frequency, and HELP instructions, are at meetzair.com/sms-terms. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
6a. Your compliance when you message your contacts
MeetZair gives you tools to communicate with your own recruits, agents, clients, and contacts. When you use the Service to send messages or place calls, you (and not MeetZair) are the sender for all legal and regulatory purposes. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consent before contacting anyone and for complying with all applicable communications laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, federal and state do-not-call rules, carrier requirements including 10DLC registration, and any state or international marketing laws that apply to you. MeetZair provides the technology only; any compliance features are offered for your convenience, are not legal advice, and do not guarantee compliance. You are responsible for maintaining records of consent. These obligations survive termination.
7. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service. You grant MeetZair a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your data solely to operate and improve the Service for you. As between you and MeetZair, you are the controller of any personal information about your own recruits, agents, clients, and end users that you load into or generate in your MeetZair workspace, and MeetZair processes that information on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required notices and consents for that information, and for maintaining your own privacy practices with your end users.
7a. Platform and third-party providers
Your MeetZair workspace is delivered using third-party platform infrastructure, including a third-party customer workspace and communications platform, and other providers such as Stripe (payments), Twilio (phone and SMS), Resend and Google Workspace (email), Supabase (data), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the workspace is also subject to those providers' acceptable-use and messaging requirements as applied through MeetZair. MeetZair is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or content decisions of these providers, and features, integrations, or numbers provided through them may change. You are responsible for your own use of these capabilities in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party's confidential information with the same care it uses to protect its own confidential information and will not use it except as needed to perform under these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
MeetZair owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, content, trademarks, and documentation, excluding your data. No license is granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". MeetZair disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MeetZair does not provide insurance, legal, tax, or compliance advice; you remain responsible for your own regulatory obligations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetZair's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid MeetZair in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. MeetZair will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold MeetZair harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service for convenience by cancelling. We may suspend or terminate for breach. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute will be the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance.
