Privacy Policy

MeetZair, Inc. ("MeetZair", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit meetzair.com, join our waitlist, opt in to email or SMS messages, or use our software.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you sign up for the waitlist, contact us, or use the service: name, email address, phone number, agency name, message content, billing information (handled by Stripe), and any account or onboarding details you submit. We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and referrer URL.

2. How we use information

We use the information to deliver the service, send the launch updates and onboarding emails you opted in to, send the SMS messages you opted in to (see Section 6), respond to your inquiries, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf under contractual obligations, including: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (SendGrid, Google Workspace), SMS delivery (Twilio), and payment processing (Stripe). We may share information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MeetZair, our users, or others. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your phone number, email, or any opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@meetzair.com.

6. SMS and email communications (opt-in, opt-out, frequency)

We send SMS messages and emails only after you opt in. You opt in to SMS by checking the SMS consent box on a MeetZair form and submitting your phone number. You opt in to email by checking the email consent box and submitting your email address. Message frequency varies. You can expect roughly 2 to 8 messages per month per channel, including launch updates, beta status, onboarding instructions, account notifications, and replies to inquiries you initiate.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@meetzair.com. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing hello@meetzair.com. Message and data rates may apply. 7. Your choices and rights

You may update or delete your account information at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email hello@meetzair.com. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

10. International users

The service is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the service you consent to that transfer.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with a revised effective date. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
