Monthly and annual subscriptions

MeetZair subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@meetzair.com. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Partial-period refunds are not provided for cancellations made after the start of a billing period.

7-day satisfaction window for first-time subscribers

First-time subscribers may request a full refund of the initial charge within 7 calendar days of the first payment by emailing hello@meetzair.com. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Failed onboarding or undelivered service

If we materially fail to deliver the Service after onboarding, email hello@meetzair.com and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue, including a pro-rata credit or refund as appropriate.

Wallet credit and usage charges

Usage-based services (phone numbers, calls, SMS, and AI usage) are billed against a prepaid wallet balance and are separate from subscription refunds. Wallet credit, including any promotional credit we provide, is prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferable, and may be used only for MeetZair platform usage. Amounts already consumed for usage are not refundable. Unused wallet balances have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, except where a refund is required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@meetzair.com and we will review it in good faith.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact hello@meetzair.com before initiating a chargeback. We respond to billing emails within one business day and are committed to resolving issues directly and quickly.
