A Note From The Founder.
The reason MeetZair is personal.
Our Story
I started as a life insurance agent. More than ten years ago I recruited my mom into the business. She built her book one family at a time, then built a team around her, and today she runs her own agency. I have since moved on to other ventures and I am not actively writing policies anymore, but I never stopped paying attention to what it takes to run an agency well.
Watching her run hers, I kept seeing the same picture. A leader who is brilliant on the phone with families, brilliant on the bench with new agents, and absolutely buried under the admin loop. Follow-ups slipping. Onboarding stalled. New recruits going cold because no one had time to text them back the same day. That is not a talent problem. That is an operating-system problem.
I went and earned my master's in AI for business so I could build this the right way, not bolt AI onto another CRM. So I built the first version of MeetZair for her. One operator. One agency. So she could stop carrying the back office in her head and get back to the parts of the work that actually move families forward. It worked. So we are sharing it with the world.
This country has a financial literacy problem. People retire with no plan. Families lose someone and the surviving spouse finds out, in the worst week of their life, that there was no coverage. Agency owners and their agents are the front line between that future and a better one. If we can give those leaders their time back, they protect more families. That is the whole point.
This is personal for me. I have seen up close what financial education and protection do for a family, in my own family, including my dad. I am a Jamaican immigrant, and the principles do not change at the border. I have watched the same thing play out in Jamaica and in the United States. Every family needs education, and every family needs protection.
So that is what MeetZair is for. Take the admin loop off the leader's plate, keep every recruit and every client warm, and let the people who are good with families spend their days with families. We are starting with a small group of founding agencies, and we are building it shoulder to shoulder with the owners who run on it.
If that is you, come build it with us.
