SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program description

MeetZair, Inc. ("MeetZair") sends transactional and informational SMS messages to users who have opted in via a MeetZair website or app form. Messages include: confirmation of your waitlist signup or contact request, beta-launch updates, onboarding instructions, account notifications, reminders, replies to inquiries you initiated, and customer support follow-up.

2. How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a MeetZair form (the waitlist form, the contact form, or the in-app sign-up form) and submitting your mobile phone number. The consent box reads: "I agree to receive SMS messages from MeetZair, Inc. at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg and data rates may apply." Submitting a form without checking the SMS box does not opt you in.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can typically expect 2 to 8 messages per month, with bursts around major product milestones (for example, beta launch week). We do not send promotional SMS for unrelated products. We do not share your phone number with third parties.

4. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any MeetZair SMS at any time to immediately opt out. You will receive a final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

6. Carrier disclaimer and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other U.S. carriers.

7. Sample messages

Examples of messages you may receive after opting in:

• MeetZair: thanks for joining the beta waitlist. Confirm your email at https://meetzair.com/verify and we will text you on launch day. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
• MeetZair: your beta seat is live. Log in at https://app.meetzair.com to finish onboarding. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe.
• MeetZair: you have a new message from the MeetZair team about your inquiry. View it at https://meetzair.com/inbox. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide, or have authorization from the account holder, to opt in to MeetZair SMS.

9. Privacy

Your phone number, opt-in record, opt-in IP address, and opt-in timestamp are stored only to operate the messaging program and to demonstrate consent. We do not sell or rent your phone number. Full privacy practices are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after the change constitutes acceptance.
